Silk & Spirit began with a simple belief: a bar should not feel transactional.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Nick and Taylor, Silk & Spirit grew from more than a decade spent behind the bar, leading hospitality teams, and seeing firsthand what makes people feel genuinely cared for. Over the years, we learned that the best bar service is not just about making a great cocktail—it’s about reading the room, anticipating what guests need, and helping create an atmosphere where people can relax, connect, and celebrate.

What started as an idea became a custom-built trailer crafted by hand and designed around the realities of professional service. But the trailer was never meant to be the whole story. It became the centerpiece of a broader experience—thoughtful drinks, warm service, beautiful surroundings, and a team that understands how much the details matter.

Today, Silk & Spirit serves weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events throughout San Diego and surrounding areas with both our signature mobile bar trailer and our versatile standalone setups. Every event is different, but our approach remains the same: listen closely, prepare thoroughly, and make the experience feel effortless for the people hosting it.
